I joined BeachBody because I needed a better way to stay motivated about fitness. As a coach I’m even more inspired to succeed because I want to be a good example for my team.

My fitness goals are to increase my over-all health along with losing fat and gaining muscle. I’m doing this by eating better (I drink Shakeology almost every day) and by doing some type of exercise at least 5 days a week.

I’m very excited to report that it’s working! I’m losing fat and gaining muscle and I feel better. I’m also making a little money on the side too.
