I have to say I was less then impressed with the latest Bond film. It wasn’t the new Bond, Daniel Craig, it was the film in general. It was a good movie, but it didn’t have the feel of a Bond film.
Everyone that knows the Bond films is familliar with the classic sexy credits before the film, this one didn’t have that…hello? They had something interesting, well sort of, but no girls at all – strange.
The script focused way too long on some things like the drama between Bond and his girlfriend – boring and they spent way too much time on the poker games.
Finally, what really made the film lose the Bond feel was the lack of cool toys and there was no sign of Q, the inventor from the other films.
Overall, it was a good movie, but it should be stripped of its Bond status.
