Merry Christmas everyone, hope you all made it through safely. Christmas was okay this year, but too relaxing for my taste. Growing up in a big family I’m used to extreme madness during Christmas, without that it doesn’t feel quite right. Unfortunately we can’t afford it and can’t bear the stress of it every year so we only go back east to visit with the families during the holiday on occasion. Rick and I went over to our friends place for a Polish Christmas dinner, we’ve had Christmas dinner with them a few times now – good people and good food! I got a nice necklace and finally got the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer that I’ve been wanting for several years now – Yeah!
