Las Vegas Party at a Mansion

Rick and I returned from a great weekend in Vegas. A friend of ours rented a mansion there to celebrate her birthday. Wow, that was a really cool place. It’s an old home so it wasn’t perfect, but so fancy. All the walls and ceilings were custom painted so it looked like something you’d see over in Europe.
We had nice weather too so we spent the day pool side and enjoyed the great views. We had a party that night too and then the following night we all went to the outside bar at Harrah’s, Carnival Court. We had a great time there.
We did a little bit of gambling, but ultimately didn’t win big (boo). We did enjoy ourselves while we played poker at the sportsbar at Harrah’s and slowly lost $80, but we got several free drinks out of it. I really like the sportsbar there. The bar tenders are always so nice.
